.DISCUSSION...Onshore is restored through the rest of the week
with RH increasing across the board tomorrow. Recovery 50-75%
above 2,000 feet tonight and up to 100% below 2,000 feet. Drizzle
appears likely along the coast and coastal ranges Thursday morning
as the marine layer deepens further. Slight chance of wetting rain
(0.1-0.25") in the North Bay Friday. Cool and moist conditions
persist through the weekend with the next chance for area-wide
wetting rain introduced early next week. Biggest concern for fire
weather in the short term is breezy onshore winds during the
afternoons, most notably Saturday where NW gusts could reach as
high as 40 mph along favored gaps, passes, and valleys.
