.DISCUSSION...Breezy winds and clear skies will continue through
Sunday with slightly warmer and drier conditions across the
interior. A significant early season rain storm will bring 1-3"
across the region from Monday-Tuesday, significantly increasing
fuel moisture. There is a good chance for embedded thunderstorms,
though they will come with heavy downpours. The latest forecast
trend has held the amount of rain fairly steady, with a slight
timing shift to an earlier onset on Monday. A warming trend is in
store late week, but the substantial rain will keep fire weather
concerns very low.
