.DISCUSSION...Night and morning low clouds clearing to the coast
each afternoon will be a common theme heading into the weekend.
Temperatures will remain seasonably cool with moderate to
excellent humidity recoveries at night. A weak disturbance
passing through will usher in stronger winds Thursday into Friday.
Winds will be strongest along the coast, North Bay, and inland
gaps/passes leading to increased fire weather concerns.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
