.DISCUSSION...Warmer and drier conditions persist across the
district through the weekend as weak offshore flow continues.
Humidity recoveries remain moderate to poor in the higher
elevations with nocturnal drying through the morning, while the
marine layer remains compressed with influence limited to the
immediate coast. Recent rainfall will mitigate overall fire
weather concerns through the next week.
