Fresh to strong northwesterly winds develop over the waters
today, creating hazardous conditions for small craft. By
Thursday, northwesterly winds will weaken to become moderate across
the waters. Significant wave heights continue to abate over the
outer waters today but are expected to build to 10 to 13 feet
again by midweek.
