* WHAT...Snow. Above 3000 feet, likelihood of moderate impacts from
  3 to 6 inches of snow is 90 percent, and a 40 percent chance of
  isolated major impacts from 6 to 10 inches or more of snow. Winds
  gusting as high as 30 mph. Higher elevations could receive 10 to
  16 inches of new snow.
