* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 to 40 below
  expected. The coldest wind chills will occur in channeled areas.

* WHERE...Butte/Blackfoot Region and Potomac/Seeley Lake Region.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Sunday to 11 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
  There could be winter driving conditions from earlier snow, so it
  may take longer for you to get to your destination.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel outside, use extra caution. Limit the time spent
outdoors and dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves.
