slight northeasterly breeze develops this evening and then weakens
overnight. On Saturday there will be chance for a few showers in
the afternoon. The total rainfall range is from 0.00" up to 0.03
of an inch. These showers may only produce some erratic wind gusts
up to 20 mph. The chance for gusts exceeding 20 mph on Saturday
is only 5 percent. A better chance for showers on Sunday afternoon
with a range from 0.01" up to 0.06". The northerly winds will be
accentuated on Sunday by surface low pressure to the south. The
chance for gusts exceeding 15 mph is 20 percent. There continues
to be a large range of precipitation amounts for Sunday night into
Monday morning. There is a chance for a system that could bring
substantial precipitation OR minimal precipitation. Right now the
middle of the road forecast shows 0.03 to 0.08" of precipitation
which could be in the form of rain/snow mix by Monday morning. If
the system is able to produce more moisture, then the upper range
up to 0.22 of an inch could occur along with a slush accumulation
Monday morning.
