.DISCUSSION...It will be warm and dry on Sunday. Thinking the
temperature will be approaching upper 40s by the start of the
burn. Once the mixed layer develops by early afternoon, the
southwesterlies will develop. Thinking that the site is relatively
protected, I didn`t go as high on the winds as the high resolution
models suggested(sustained 10-16 mph). There`s only a 30 percent
chance that sustained winds will exceed 15 mph Sunday afternoon,
there`s a 40 percent chance that gusts could exceed 20 mph. A weak
front will bring a chance for mixture of rain and snow Monday
morning. The statistical range (25th to 75th percentile) of total
precipitation goes from 0.00" to 0.05". The mostly likely amount
is 0.01" (50th percentile). A fair amount of cloud cover and
cooler temperatures on Monday will keep the winds down.
