drying trend is expected into Thursday. Winds will be relatively
light and diurnally driven. Areas of fog are likely for valley
locations tonight into Thursday morning.

There will considerably more sunshine on Thursday as min Rhs drop
back into the 35-40% range and high temperatures bump up to
seasonable values.
