...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM MDT /NOON PDT/ THIS AFTERNOON TO
6 PM MDT /5 PM PDT/ THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible
  especially in burn scars and flood-prone areas.

* WHERE...A portion of central Idaho, including the following
  county, Idaho.

This includes the following Specific Areas...
Highway 95 from Riggins to Whitebird, Shepp Ranch near the Salmon
River, Indian Creek near the Salmon River, Mackay Bar near the
Salmon River, China Bar, Hig03hway 95 north of Riggins, Williams
Creek Fire Burn Area, Magruder Fire Burn Area, and Grangeville.

* WHEN...From 1 PM MDT  /noon PDT/ this afternoon to 6 PM MDT  /5 PM
  PDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in rock and mudslides,
  flooding of small creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
  flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and
  urban areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

  counties, Granite, Missoula and Ravalli.

This includes the following Specific Areas...
Eds Gulch in Drummond, New Chicago area just east of Drummond,
Johnson Fire Burn Area, Daly Fire Burn Area, Sharrott Fire Burn
Area, Miller Peak Fire Burn Area, Missoula, Frontage Road from
Bearmouth to Drummond, and Philipsburg.

* WHEN...From 3 PM MDT this afternoon through this evening.
