* WHAT...A wintry mix of rain and snow showers. Additional snow
  accumulations up to 2 inches possible over the higher elevations.
  Winds gusting up to near 40 mph over some of the higher elevations.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions mainly over higher
  elevations. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
