* WHAT...Snow accumulations between 2 and 3 inches mostly above
  1,500 ft in elevation. However, above 3,000 ft in elevation, snow
  accumulations of 5 to 6 inches expected.

* WHERE...Lee, Russell, Washington VA, and Wise Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

  inches will be possible, with amounts in the Smoky Mountains
  possibly exceeding a foot. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph as
  well.

* WHERE...The mountains of east Tennessee.
