Dry and cold weather will continue through Friday night with
temperatures rising further into the 40s and lower 50s on Saturday.
A system will move in Saturday night into Sunday, bringing breezy
winds for the mountains and widespread rainfall. Mixed precipitation
is possible in the mountains of East Tennessee and southwest
Virginia early Sunday morning but with minimal accumulations.
