...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN BRADLEY AND
SOUTHWESTERN POLK COUNTIES THROUGH 1115 PM EDT...

At 1036 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cohutta, or 11 miles northeast of Ringgold, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Conasauga, Parksville, Red Clay State Park, Wildwood Lake, Flint
Springs, Gap Springs, and South Cleveland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
east Tennessee.
