* WHAT...Southerly winds increasing to 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 45
  mph.

* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Sevier
  Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast
  Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.  Including the adjacent foothills.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 9 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
