* WHERE...Higher elevations and foothills of Blount Smoky Mountains,
  Cocke Smoky Mountains, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter,
  Southeast Greene, and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
