* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Isolated
  gusts up to 60 mph are expected across the highest elevations such
  as Cove Mountain.

* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson,
  Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene,
  Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
