This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow flurries continue to develop over parts of east Tennessee
and southwest Virginia and will continue this morning. This will
make for some slick spots and lowered visibilities through at
least mid morning. No significant accumulations are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A winter storm will affect the area Friday into Saturday. Snow is
expected to spread into the region Friday morning. Snow will
continue through the afternoon and evening, then taper off early
Saturday morning. Several inches of snow accumulation are
expected, potentially causing significant travel impacts. A
Winter Storm Watch has been issued.
