This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Windy conditions are expected across the higher elevations tonight
which may down trees and cause power outages. A Wind Advisory has
been issued for the higher terrain of east Tennessee and southwest
Virginia.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Temperatures will drop through the day Thursday. Wind chills will
drop into the single digits to below zero across the higher
elevations of East Tennessee. Wind chill values are forecast to be
in the teens across much of the lower elevations. Light snow
accumulations are also possible early Thursday morning in the
east Tennessee mountains and southwest Virginia.
