Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Heavy rainfall rates and localized flooding will be possible on
Tuesday and Wednesday, mainly across southeast Tennessee near
Chattanooga and near the mountains.

Spotter activation is not needed at this time. Detailed reports of
flooding are appreciated.
