Isolated locations will likely see advisory level gusts to 40 mph, but low confidence on how widespread it will be. Will hold off on a Wind Advisory for the east TN mountains and foothills until another round of Hi-Res model data comes in. Freezing rain is likely across the far northeast Tennessee mountains tonight into Tuesday morning. Ice amounts from a few hundredths of an inch up to one tenth of an inch are probable, minor impacts expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Rain changes to sleet then snow Tuesday morning into afternoon for parts of southwest Virginia, northern Plateau, and far east Tennessee mountains.
