This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Please see Fire Danger Statement issued for this afternoon and
evening for all Tennessee Counties and southwest North Carolina.

A dry airmass and gusty southwest winds will bring an increased
fire danger threat to the mentioned region. Relative humidity near
25 percent or lower and wind gusts between 20 and 35 mph can be
expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A strong cold front will sweep through the region Tuesday night
into Wednesday. There is some risk of severe weather with this
system, but details aren`t certain at this time. Continue to
monitor the latest forecasts for updates on the potential for
severe storms.
