Clouds will increase through the day, followed by rain arriving in
the evening, with a change to snow possible in the mountains of East
Tennessee and portions of southwest Virginia Monday morning. Impacts
and amounts should be minimal. Dry weather with warmer temperatures
are expected Tuesday and Wednesday.
