.DISCUSSION...

...Very Low Afternoon Relative Humidity for Today...

Winds will be generally light today outside of the far
northeastern mountains, but afternoon minimum relative humidities
will be extremely low, with potential to be lower than what was
observed yesterday. Improvement in minimum RH will occur on
Tuesday as moisture return begins, but minimums will still be low.
Rain chances to return late on Tuesday, especially north of
Interstate 40, with low chance for thunder. Additional rain
chances again mainly Thursday into next weekend, with several
opportunities for scattered rain showers.
