Low afternoon relative humidity is expected this afternoon and
again on Tuesday afternoon. However, south to southwest winds will
remain light. Dry conditions with a gradual warming trend will
persist into mid- week. By Thursday, temperatures will be above
normal and precipitation chances will increase area-wide.
