...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
  continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following
  county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 648 AM EST, Minor flooding is likely occurring based off
    the North Fork Holston River gauge 2 miles north of White
    Mills. Current water level is near 14 feet. At minor flood
    stage some camping spaces in Riverside Campground begin to
    flood.
