...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM EST /6 AM
CST/ THIS MORNING TO 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
  4 and 8 inches along and north of M-28, with isolated amounts up
  to 12 inches possible near the Porcupine Mountains. Elsewhere, 1
  to 3 inches expected.

* WHERE...Gogebic and Ontonagon Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ this morning to 7 AM EST /6 AM
  CST/ Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
