...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow continues. Additional snow accumulations between
  5 and 10 inches. Greatest amounts along the US-41 corridor. Least
  amounts expected near the village of Gay and the shores west of
  Ahmeek and Allouez. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Keweenaw County.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
  will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages.
