...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN HOUGHTON...
SOUTHEASTERN ONTONAGON AND SOUTHWESTERN BARAGA COUNTIES THROUGH 630
PM EDT...

At 540 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bruce Crossing, or 21 miles southeast of Ontonagon, moving east at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Baraga, L`anse, Covington, Bruce Crossing, Alberta, Canyon Falls,
Herman, Echo Lake, Bob Lake, Watton, and Prickett Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
