  Lake Superior from Grand Marais MI to Whitefish Point MI 5NM off
  shore to the US/Canadian border...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1158 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Muskallonge
  State Park, or 20 nm west of Paradise, moving northeast at 45
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
           structural damage.

* The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
