...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island
  Passage...

At 443 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 27 nm
northwest of Point Detour to 10 nm northwest of Minneapolis Shoal to
25 nm north of Chambers Island, moving east at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Minneapolis Shoal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
