This combined with west-northwest winds gusting to 40 mph will lead to blowing snow/reduced visibilities as well as wind chills in the single digits above and below zero. Minor lakeshore flooding and beach erosion will be possible tonight along all shorelines of Lake Superior except Gogebic County and the shores from Keweenaw Point to the Huron Islands. Waves will be highest along the shores of Marquette and Alger Counties, where waves within 5 miles of shore will reach 18-21 feet.
