.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure ridge will be passing over the
burn site during Wednesday morning, and it will slowly progress
eastward through the day. As a result, expect light west-northwest
winds at ignition time to gradually back to the west-southwest by
evening. Sustained wind speeds through the day will be at or below 5
mph. Expect a high temperature on Wednesday around 16 with minimum
RH near 62 percent. A few light snow showers or flurries will linger
through late morning. Winds will become southerly for Wednesday
night and Thursday. Sustained winds will be under 10 mph, but gusts
may reach up to 15 mph during Thursday. No precipitation is
expected.
