.DISCUSSION...Light rain showers taper off near the WI border this
morning, yielding a dry and sunny day as high pressure builds
overhead. Could see minimum humidity values dip into the low 40s
across the interior west this afternoon, but temperatures will only
be in the 50s and winds will remain light. Expect excellent
overnight humidity recoveries. An approaching frontal system will
bring increased chances for a wetting rain on Thursday, with rain
chances persisting through the weekend into early next week as low
pressure moves overhead.
