...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL DAKOTA...
NORTH CENTRAL GOODHUE AND WESTERN PIERCE COUNTIES UNTIL 915 PM CDT...

At 845 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms over Hastings, or 15 miles southwest of River Falls,
moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  River Falls, Hastings, Prescott, Diamond Bluff, Miesville and New
  Trier.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
