...SHORT DURATION MODERATE BURST OF SNOW TO DROP SOUTH OVER
EASTERN TWIN CITIES METRO THROUGH 400 AM CST...

An small area of moderate to possibly heavy snowfall located near
the Interstate 35 split north of the Twin Cities metro at 300 AM
CST will drop south over the next hour, reaching the southern
Interstate 35 split by about 400 AM CST.

A quick reduction in visibility due to the higher snowfall rate
and larger flakes can be expected. Short-duration snowfall rate
with this area of snow may reach one half to one inch per hour as
it drifts south.

Motorists are urged to reduce speed and increase distance between
vehicles if encountering this heavier burst of snow.
