...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL EAU CLAIRE AND
SOUTH CENTRAL CHIPPEWA COUNTIES UNTIL 215 AM CDT...

At 147 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lake Wissota, or 13 miles northeast of Eau Claire, moving southeast
at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie, Lake Wissota, Cadott, Tilden,
  Bateman, Jim Falls and Eagleton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
