With temperatures warming into the single digits below zero alongside weaker winds compared to earlier this morning, wind chills have improved to the mid 20s below zero. Air temperatures are expected to further warm into the single digits above zero later this afternoon and evening, with wind chills recovering slower due to increasing southwesterly winds later today.
