Locally heavy rainfall and isolated strong thunderstorms are possible tonight. River flooding along the Minnesota and Mississippi Rivers continues with moderate or major flood stage observed during the crests. Recent rainfall will have minimal impact on the river crests, but may prolong the length of flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Locally heavy rain and isolated strong to severe storms are possible Tuesday, primarily across southern Minnesota. Thunderstorms are expected on the 4th of July with locally heavy rainfall possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
