This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Dangerously cold wind chill values of between 25 below zero and
35 degrees below zero are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Dangerously cold conditions will continue through Tuesday
morning. The coldest wind chill values are expected Sunday night
through Monday morning and again Monday night into Tuesday
morning, when wind chill values are forecast to drop to between
30 below zero and 40 degrees below zero.
