It will be a taste of summer today for south central MN as temperatures surge into the 80s. These warm temperatures will come on the heals of southwest winds that could gust as high as 35 mph. With temperatures this warm RH values could also dip as low as 30%. As you approach sunset, a cold front will be approaching from the northwest. This will start to push down the wind speeds after 4pm, though a switch to a northwest direction is not anticipated until 9pm. .REST OF TODAY... Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (55-65 percent).
