.DISCUSSION...Temperatures in the mid 30s at ignition will warm
into the mid 50s for highs this afternoon. Sunny and dry this
morning, with RH`s above 60 percent through midday. Southerly
winds between 5-10 mph this morning will gust between 15-20 mph
this afternoon. Winds turn easterly later this afternoon, prior to
the arrival of scattered rain showers this evening.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent) then becoming mostly
                    cloudy (65-75 percent). Slight chance of rain
                    late in the afternoon.
Temperature.........35 at ignition...Max 55.

Wind (20 ft)........Winds south at 5 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    South winds 5 to 13 mph shifting to the
                    southeast late in the afternoon.
