.DISCUSSION...
Dew points will generally be rising overnight through tomorrow
afternoon as a warm front brings more humid air into the region.
The exception is across southwest Minnesota, where a surge of
drier air is expected during the mid and late afternoon. RH values
falling below 20% are likely across far-southwest Minnesota, and
could drop below 25-30% from Yellow Medicine through Martin
counties. Winds will initially be fairly light to start the
afternoon, but gusts will pick up by late afternoon with southwest
winds gusting up to 30 mph at times into the evening. An hour or
two of overlap between these higher winds and the low RH values
could lead to elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions
across southwest Minnesota.
