.DISCUSSION...
As we warm today RH values will fall into the mid 20s to lower
30s. Thankfully today sustained winds will max out around 10 mph
limiting fire weather concerns. Tomorrow is more complicated as
rain moves in increasing moisture across southern Minnesota into
western Wisconsin. Parts of central and western Minnesota will
still see RH values fall into the mid to upper 20s.
