...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  South Fork Crow River below Mayer affecting Carver County.

  Minnesota River at Granite Falls HWY 212 affecting Renville,
  Yellow Medicine and Chippewa Counties.

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Yellow Medicine, Chippewa
  and Lac qui Parle Counties.

  Crow River at Rockford affecting Wright and Hennepin Counties.

.River levels will continue to increase throughout the week with
crests occurring over the next 7 days. Rain chances aren`t expected
until mid-late week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO LATE SUNDAY
NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Crow River below Mayer.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding affects Mill Avenue from
  Watertown to the Wright County line; Yancy Avenue between Carver
  County Road 30 and 78th Street; Vega Avenue between Carver County
  Road 33 and 94th Street; and the intersection of Union Avenue and
  82nd Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 930 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 10.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 11.8 feet early Wednesday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    11.8 feet on 05/28/2011.

* WHERE...Crow River at Rockford.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the
  river begin to experience flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1000 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 10.5 feet
    Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    10.6 feet on 08/22/2016.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Granite Falls HWY 212.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 889.1 feet, Flood waters begin to flow over Dikes
  Road and into the natural diversion that starts upstream of
  Granite Falls...water flows west and south of the city, reentering
  the river just below highway 212.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 915 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 885.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 915 AM CDT Monday was 885.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 887.2
    feet Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 885.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    887.3 feet on 05/18/2022.

  between the Minnesota River and Redwood Falls.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 900 AM CDT Monday, the stage was 25.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 900 AM CDT Monday was 25.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.8
    feet tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    25.6 feet on 05/16/2022.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 800 AM CDT Monday was 16.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.4
    feet Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    17.5 feet on 06/25/1919.
