FOR SOUTHEASTERN RICE, GOODHUE, SOUTHERN DUNN, PEPIN AND
SOUTHEASTERN PIERCE COUNTIES...

where additional rounds of rainfall move through. The threshold for
an additional warning is lower due to how much rain has occurred

road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT Monday for
portions of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
