  Choctawhatchee Bay, or 7 nm north of Santa Rosa Beach. The strong
  thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Choctawhatchee Bay, Highway 331 Bridge, Shalimar, Destin, East
