* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Eastern Choctawhatchee Bay...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...
  Western Choctawhatchee Bay...

* Until 115 AM CST.

* At 1146 PM CST, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from Shalimar to 40
  nm south of Oriskany Reef, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Choctawhatchee Bay, Highway 331 Bridge, Okaloosa Deep Water
  Reef, Shalimar, Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, Destin, East Pass At
  Destin, East Choctawhatchee Bay, Okaloosa Pier, and Mid Bay Bridge.
