  20 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...

* Until 500 AM CST.

* At 333 AM CST, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Oriskany Reef, or 25 nm southeast of
  Pensacola Pass, moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
