...A strong thunderstorm will affect
  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Mississippi Sound...
  South Mobile Bay...
Until 300 PM CDT....

At 202 PM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located south of
Dauphin Island...moving northeast at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Weeks Bay, Central Dauphin Island, Sand Island Lighthouse, Gulf
Shores Beach, Dauphin Island Bridge, Fort Gaines, Fort Morgan, Bon
Secour Bay, Western Dauphin Island, and Farewell Buoy.

The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots...
locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider
seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm.  If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible and keep away from metal
objects.

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
